ClientJoin a registered NDIS Service Provider assisting people with disability, their family, and carers. Deliver individually tailored services to maximize participant choice and control. The aim is to support our participants and empower them to achieve their goals and live a full life.

Role

The role will have you oversee the management of the support services to ensure high-quality services that comply with NDIS practice standards and are delivered in accordance with participants' care plans and budgets. You will be developing and implementing processes and procedures to enhance service quality, ensuring that participant documentation is regularly reviewed for compliance.

A key part is to develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and care teams to promote positive outcomes. Meeting with current and potential participants and their care teams to discuss support services is key. Managing and overseeing the intake process for new participants, promote and manage vacancies within our SIL properties, and support the management team with strategic business planning.

You will be managing a team, providing direction and guidance to SIL Managers on service matters, including complex issues, risk management, and incident response. Oversee the management of reported incidents and Workplace Health and Safety issues. You will be part of performance reviews for staff, participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training sessions, perform general administration duties, and ensure individualised care plans are developed and implemented according to participants' needs.

Criteria

  • Relevant qualification.
  • Experience in a comparable role.
  • Understanding and experience with NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Experience coordinating and maintaining NDIS support services.
  • Knowledge of NDIS funding and relevant legislation.
  • Experience in team management and support.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Worker Screening Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Driver’s licence
