Job Description Your new opportunity: Lead and manage the Darwin branch service team to ensure operational efficiencies are achieved and service excellence is delivered. In this role you will: Ensureall team functions are performed safely to a high quality, andboth internal and external customer expectations are met at all times; Drive an ongoing improvement culture in Safety, Quality and Productivity for the Service Department; Enhance the customer experience and value offered in all aspects of the Service Department; Manage new and existing service contracts; Meet monthly sales and gross profitbudgets, as well as service key performance indicators; Identify and rectify areas for improvement, including the management of daily work in progressand customer loyalty measures.
