The Opportunity
Metro Ford is seeking a highly experienced & dedicated Service Manager with a person-centred approach to lead our Service Department. Someone who can inspire a team, give and receive feedback, demonstrate accountability and respect and value relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.
Along with your refined people management abilities, you will be approachable and competent in performing well, under pressure. You will be a strong advocate for our Company Values & known for executing strategies that deliver high returns. You will be recognised for nurturing our philosophy, “Experience Amazing” within the Service Department culture & customer experience.
You will demonstrate expertise in developing innovative ways of driving our business to the next level, while enhancing the customer experience and exceeding Service KPIs. You will personally lead Service training and team development with high energy and charisma.

The Role
- Experience as an Automotive Service Manager is essential for success in this role
- Oversee all aspects of the Service Department Operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence
- Knowledge of dealership Pentana DMS systems is an advantage
- A strong business acumen
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and staff to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Proven great leader with a mindset focused on our customers, staff engagement & exceeding KPI’s (customer, financial, OEM & internal)
- A hands-on, proactive presence, that encourages and motivates their team
- Maximisation of productivity & efficiency
