Due to recent growth in our business, we have an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and operational management of cleaning site in Brisbane CBD and nearby suburbs as a Customer Service Manager- Cleaning, employed on a Full-time basis.

 The Position:

  • Resolve customer complaints and employee concerns.
  • Oversee day to day operations at the various sites.
  • Ensure employees adhere to health and safety practices. 
  • Requires self-motivation and integrity to work autonomously.
  • Delivery of excellent Customer Service and positive communication to all customers
  • Ensure cost effective management of the contracts.

Minimum Criteria:

  • Cleaning Experience with use of machinery and processes is a must.
  • Willing to meet the operational requirements and open to work sometime in the afternoon shift to conduct training and toolboxes with the cleaning staff.
  • Valid unrestricted driver's licence  
  • Be willing to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office as weekly and monthly clients reporting is required.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with proven to ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight demands.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing workplace health & safety matters.
  • Professional presentation and Customer Service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • These sites are based in Brisbane.
  • Previous Defence or military experience highly desirable
