About the Role:
We're accepting applications for a permanent part-time (30 hours per week) role of Services Manager (internally known as a Team Leader) based in our Cairns venue within North and Far North Queensland region.
This is an interesting and varied role, and as part of the management team leading a range of services including family law, counselling and family support programs, your work will truly make a difference.
Under a portfolio of programs, you will provide leadership and support to clinical practitioners in the areas of:
- Complex case management
- Clinical decision making
- Duty of care
- Diary management
- Performance management
- This position will also provide back-up operational support to Administration Officers/Family Information Officers in the resolution of issues pertaining to client service delivery and property.
About You:
To be considered for this, you will have.
- An undergraduate level qualification in Social or Behavioural Sciences
- Demonstrated experience in driving excellence in service delivery and performance.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and supporting teams through change.
- Experience in providing case management, consultation and support to clinical practitioners.
- Experience managing a team including performance management, monitoring and review.
- Experience in client service delivery including complex case management, assessment, intake and risk screening, case planning, case reviews, co-service delivery and critical incident response.
- Knowledge of current theory and practice relating to the provision of human services
- Ability to work some evenings if required to meet operational requirements of the role.

The salary being offered is between $101,202.61 to $114,017.97 per annum pro rata for part time, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation. We also offer our employees as follows:
