Liberty Health Services is a Registered NDIS provider Established in 2019. We’re seeking an experienced NDIS Service Manager. The key purpose of this role is to source new business, and manage and lead a team of dedicated support workers and service coordinators to ensure our participants are receiving high-quality, person-centred care in supported accommodation and in their community environments.
We are a small team with a collaborative culture. Your key responsibilities will vary but include:
- Refinement and implementation of corporate business development plan
- Networking & meeting with those in the disability, aged care and healthcare sectors including NDIS Support Coordinators and Local Area Coordinators, hospital discharge planners, and other referral sources in order to identify new clients
- Sourcing Private Care clients.
- Generating and converting leads through planned sales and marketing initiatives as well as building and maintaining strong local community referral networks.
- Hands-on leadership of all sales, marketing, communications, collateral and event-related initiatives for the business.
- As a smaller organisation, a willingness to be flexible and assist across a broader gamut of business requirements as we continue to grow.
Your Qualities :
- Minimum of three years experience within the NDIS industry.
- Experience in SIL establishment and management is a must
- Existing networks within both the NDIS, Health and aged care sectors.
- Strong understanding of service delivery in the disability sector, legislative requirements and key issues involved in operating an NDIS service provider.
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS compliance and Practice Standards
- Relationship-building skills with industry contacts as well as participants, families, and carers seeking services.
- Current QLD driver's license and vehicle.
- Current national police check clearance or willingness to obtain
- The passion to make a difference in the lives of our clients
- RN/EN background is preferred but not required
