Basic requirements the core of the job:
70% of the time - In the office.
30% of the time -Travel to and from clients’ locations in your take home full-time company car.
- Manage the external service teams movements. they don't report to you, you just tell them where to go.
- Product manager you liaise with Europe regarding improvements, changes etc.
- You have the ability to fix a piece of equipment but we don't want you to fix the equipment. we just need you to know almost as much as the techs.
- Provide product training from time to time.
- The spare parts guy report to you.
- Manage warranty process through company CRM.
- Support and advise customers about application, use and maintenance.
- Liaise with HQ Service dpt and manage the warranty bgt.
- Liaise with HQ product management about product updates and new releases.
- Support parts dpt.
- Support sales team with product knowledge.
- Occasionally PDI high value machines.
- Coordinate the various service providers nationally.
Annual Base Salary - $160,000
Plus 11% Super
Plus a Company 4x4 vehicle, all expenses are paid for by our company includes reg, insurance, fuel, wear and tear, new Tires and if you want one of those yellow-tree air fresheners to hang off your mirror......... buy your own.
And a KPI Bonus structure up to $10,000 each year.
For those who are not familiar with the acronym of” KPI’s” this simply means on how well you perform the basic duties of your job. Simply everyone has a job description, if you perform all the duties well, you will receive an additional $10,000 at the company Christmas party, if you do most of it well and you screw up a few times you will only receive $7000 at the company Christmas party.
