Service Manager

We have opportunities within the Service Department due to the growth in our existing brands and expansion with new brands.

The role will Include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Managing a satellite service center
• General Service Advisor duties 
• Assisting management with daily tasks
• Being the face of our service department 
• Handling client enquiry's  
• Ensuring that front of house procedures and policies are being followed
• Leading a team to achieve KPIs

Required skills:

• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be driven, ambitious and hardworking.
• Have a happy and positive attitude.
• Able to work in a high paced team environment.
• Basic IT skills required 
• Service Advisor experience is essential
