About the Position:
C & M Civil Earthworks are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Service Person for our diverse fleet.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Daily machine pre-starts, minor servicing and maintenance works to heavy machinery.
- Operate service truck - utilise hose reels for fuel, water & oils
- Inspect equipment when servicing and refuelling for defects
- Maintain service records as applicable
- Comply with all workplace safety regulations, site policies and procedures
Essential Criteria:
- Previous machine serving experience essential
- Mechanical aptitude essential
- Current HR drivers licence essential
- High standard of work quality
- Highly organised and self-motivated with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and also within a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- This is not a FIFO position - applicants must live in, or be prepared to move to, the Parkes local area
Desirable Criteria:
- Mechanical trade qualifications
- Forklift licence
