Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000 per annum + super

Our client is looking for an experience Service Planner to join their team in Adelaide in 2024. This is a full time permanent position with a salary range of $80,000 – $85,000 + super. It is a 38 hour work week, working hours will range from &AM to 6PM. Hybrid working style may come into effect after the six month period. 2-weeks of training will be provided to ensure that you are confident with the position and the responsibilities provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service Coordination: Review and coordinate service requests, create and assign job schedules, and monitor work progress to ensure timely, high-quality, and profitable service delivery.
- Notification and Planning: Execute due service orders/notifications, communicate with customers, and plan services efficiently for prompt scheduling and processing.
- Equipment Management: Work closely with customers for Access Equipment (EWP – Scissor lift) requirements, arrange hires, and ensure proper charging as needed.
- Procurement: Create purchase requisitions for spare parts, EWP’s, and other goods and services essential for planned work completion.
- Workshop Management: Record and monitor equipment under repair, manage stock, and ensure timely parts withdrawal and delivery for service jobs.
- Productivity Monitoring: Monitor manhours and productivity against budget to maintain optimal productivity levels and projected profitability.
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate recording and submission of all service jobs in the system.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong business relationships with customers, ensuring long-term business continuity.
- Lead Planner: Direct reporting line
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Service Manager, Administrators, Branch Manager, and other internal stakeholders.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to transition customers smoothly between Sales and Operations.
- Customer and Vendor Interaction: Build and maintain strong working relationships with branch customers and vendors.
- Minimum of 2 years industry experience in a service related position.
- Demonstrated experience working with various computer systems and programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Superior Communication skills.
- Ability to plan work effectively.
- Superior organisational skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team
- Ability to work well under pressure
