Southside Toyota, at Woolloongabba have an opportunity for a ServiceReceptionist to join the well-established team. With an employee-centric leader, the opportunities are endless. This is not your everyday Receptionist role, this highly-important role is focussed on ensuring our valued customers are receiving great, prompt communication over the phone & in person in order to maintain and deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience alongside your team, with the unified goal of “One Team, One Vision”.

What's needed:

  • Awareness and ability to work efficiently, handling multiple customer enquiries at a time
  • Strong time management & organisational skills
  • Ability to support and work with other team members and departments
  • Enthusiastic, warm, keen and pleasant manner
  • High level of professionalism and personal presentation
  • Ability to consistently follow service process and procedures
  • Initiative to help on the front line if the need arises
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office

About this role

  • Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
  • Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
  • Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
  • Answer inbound calls promptly
  • Make appointments via phone and email
  • Prepare repair orders and update customers details, ensuring accuracy of data recording
  • Co-ordinate transport for customers to and from the Dealership
  • Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
  • Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager
