We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and well-presented Service Receptionist to join our Apollo RV Sales team in Northgate.
Job Duties:
- Ensure service customer enquiries are resolved promptly over the phone, via email, and face-to-face.
- Supply information to the general public, visitors, and customers when applicable.
- Assist with the administrative functions of the dealership.
- Assist customers with daily RV service check-ins and collections.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly.
Skills and Experience:
- Two years’ experience in a similar role with a Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
- Valid driver's licence and well-presented appearance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (face-to-face and phone).
- Strong attention to detail and intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
- Ability to work unsupervised while fitting into a fast-paced team environment.
