Overview:
Focused Well-being Services are currently seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/ Admin Assistant to join our team.
To be successful, you will need to have prior experience in office administration. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint, and willing to learn other CMS.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Experience with administration duties in relation to the NDIS.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Problem solving and utilising your outstanding communication and coordination skills, to exceed client expectations.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff and client calendars and schedules.
- Respond to roster change requests, ensuring amendments recorded are clearly communicated to stakeholders and staff.
- Managing bookings for client ‘s activity/ therapy sessions conducted at Focused Well-being Services Centre.
- Being the first point of contact for clients, staff members, and stakeholders via phone, email, and at reception desk.
- Passionate about helping others and willingness to learn.
- Overseeing general office operation.
Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in harmony with the philosophy of Focused Well-being Services.
- Possess a current NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check or the willingness to obtain them.
- Understanding of the NDIS.
- COVID-19 vaccinated.
