We are seeking a friendly, organised and detail orientated Service Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for greeting, advising, and servicing their needs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and respond to their enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar
- Create and maintain accurate customer records and files
- Process payments and handle customer transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
