Overview of the Role:
We are now looking for a career minded and goal orientated individual that wants to start their career or carry on their existing career as a Service Receptionist at our Campbelltown service centre. The successful applicant will serve as the primary contact between the dealership and our customers and will be responsible for keeping our clients up to date with the progress of their service or repair.
Reporting to the Service Manager your day to day duties include:
- Meet & Greet customers either face to face or phone enquiries
- Preparing invoices for works carried out on vehicles when required
- Keeping customers up to date on their service or repair
- Booking customer's for service and repair work
- Utilising our internal computer system
- Organising loan cars and ensuring 100% accuracy for insurance purposes
- Ensuring customer lounge area is neat & stocked
- Follow all internal processes and procedures
The Successful Applicant Must have:
- Customer Service experience - essential
- Excellent computer skills
- The ability to multi-task
- Strong administration skills
- Work together as a team
- Dispute resolution skills
- The ability to think on your feet
- Strong organisational skills
