Receptionist

Ramsay Head Office in Sydney has a fantastic opportunity for an Administration professional to join our team!
This role will see the successful candidate provide exceptional customer focused service in all aspects of the Front Office Reception, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls. You will perform the administrative duties within the Office Services department to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Head Office.
This will include, but is not limited to:
- Attending to the switchboard in a timely, proficient and friendly manner
- Understand and apply the principles of confidentiality and privacy
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the EA team and other departments
- Maintain office supplies and ensure boardroom/meeting rooms are clean and tidy
- Support with general clerical, administration, data entry and other duties as required
This is a permanent part time position, 8:30am – 4:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
