Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance to incoming service department telephone callers. You will also manage the process for customers looking to book their vehicle in for service, via telephone and email requests.
The duties of this role will include:
- Answering telephone calls in a timely manner
- Contacting customer due for annual service
- Assisting with service customer enquiries, both over the phone and face to face
- Updating repair orders as required
- Completing service banking
- Following up parts orders
- Logging telephone calls as required
- Invoicing, filing and general administration duties

- Passion for Customer Service and Sales
- A professional phone manner, with the ability to always maintain a smile!
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities
- Exceptional customer service skills, even under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to new computer systems quickly and efficiently
