About the Opportunity
KAMS now has an opportunity for a Receptionist to join their friendly, multidisciplinary team in Beagle Bay, WA, on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Beagle Bay Health Centre Manager, you will be required to work as part of a team to support the efficient and safe coordination of client care through the health centre through the provision of all reception and administrative duties.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- To perform all duties in accordance with KAMS policies and procedures.
- Work effectively without supervision to complete all requirements/duties
- Greet Community members and coordinate arrivals by entering data into MMEx “patient tracking”
- Ensure that all client demographic details are updated/current at every presentation
- Ensure that any clients that self-identify or observed to be unwell are discussed with a Remote Area Nurse.
The ideal candidate will have high level integrity in maintaining patient and organisational confidentiality.
