ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWe are currently seeking a Service and Sales Manager to join our team.
As a Service and Sales Manager, you will be responsible managing and coordinating a team of service technicians and managing after-market sales of consumables, spares and maintenance parts.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role will take the lead in managing client requirements, internal stakeholders and suppliers to provide responsive servicing and sales.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Managing enquiries via phone and email.
- Managing and coordinating our team of technicians.
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain updates on jobs and purchase orders.
- Proactively communicating with customers to provide regular updates and responding immediately to any deviations.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working within similar operations and servicing position within a technical industry and be looking for career longevity and development.
To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Strong teamwork focus.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
