Service Scheduler

Seeking a proactive Service Scheduler to Join an indusrty leading team.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join an industry-leading organisation as a Service Scheduler. Specialising in providing high-quality workshop solutions for the mining and transport sector, this role will play a pivotal part in scheduling the technician team throughout Australia.
Located in Hemmant, you will be welcomed by a highly experienced team and be provided with all the necessary systems training. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a high level of attention to detail and enjoy coordinating multiple teams. Reporting to the Production Manager, your role will be vital in enhancing the end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently plan and schedule service appointments for heavy haulage trucks and buses, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee maintenance of warranties and post-service care, addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service process.
• Collect customer feedback and follow through on necessary actions to continually improve service quality.
• Proactively identify and address issues to eliminate delays in vehicle deliveries, collaborating closely with manufacturing, production, and sales teams.
