The Role
Reporting to the Essential Services Manager and based in Darra, theEssential Services Supervisor will be responsible for delivering Essential Services maintenance and repairs across the business and working alongside Service Teams in the successful and timely delivery of services.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate essential service works with other trades
- Collaborate with the team as the initial escalation point for fault finding and technical support
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on essential service equipment
- Perform inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
- Produce accurate reports of maintenance activities and deficiencies
What makes you stand out
We are looking for a candidate who will demonstrate their experience in the Essential Services industry, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes:
- Relevant trade qualification (dual trade Electrician and Refrigeration qualifications are desirable)
- Thorough knowledge of AS1851-2012 section 13.
- Sound knowledge of AS1668.1 is desirable.
- Proven supervisory experience is highly desirable
- Experience in Essential Services Maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Collaborative, innovative, and self-motivated
