Service Technician - Environmental Services

ECO Environmental is a leading provider of environmental monitoring solutions in Australia. With a specialisation in remote monitoring solutions, we support a wide range of companies and industries to help them meet their environmental and sustainability objectives.

This broad role would be ideal for a recent Environmental Sciences or Trade Certification graduate who's keen to get a foot in the door and demonstrate their desire to learn and develop skills in all the work aspects of our busy office.

The key responsibilities of this position are:

• Learn equipment cleaning and calibration skills
• Manage ECO's equipment rental fleet and support our customer's equipment service requirements
• Develop a sound knowledge of the range of ECO equipment that will enable you to respond to client queries, provide quotes and take bookings
• Provide equipment support and troubleshooting to our customers
• Liaise with our sales teams to ensure equipment schedules are monitored and maintained
• Provide support to the manager in all aspects of the business as required
• Undertake on site service and installation works
• Assist with equipment dispatch as required

ECO Environmental's ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and skills:

• Relevant qualifications in Environmental Sciences or Trade Certification
• Capable written and interpersonal communication skills
• A mature, positive, 'can-do' attitude toward all your work responsibilities
• The desire to work collaboratively and respectfully with your colleagues and clients
• A very high standard of attention to detail

Our successful candidate must possess a current drivers licence. Previous experience with monitoring equipment would be well regarded.
