About the Role:Our Richlands, Brisbane Branch is looking for a Service Trade Assistant.The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:
- Pre-Delivery on Machinery including Vermeer and John Deere Construction and forestry machines (Training will be provided)
- Minor Repairs and Servicing of small machinery (Training will be provided)
- Day to day yard duties including moving machines and unloading containers
- Collection, delivery and distribution of parts to Field Service Technicians
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Knowledge of heavy machinery industry
- Experience in responding to and satisfying customer requests
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise fluctuating workloads
- Strong customer service focus and dedicated work ethic
