Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) design and implementation (Highly Desirable).
Ability to consultatively engage with our customers for requirements analysis and providing guidance
Experience in ITOM, CSM, GRC or SecOps will be a plus (Highly Desirable).
Strong documentation and presentation skills
