AddressOur Global IT Consulting client is seeking several ServiceNow Professionals (ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Sr Developer, ServiceNow Implementation Lead, ServiceNow Technical Architect).
This is a permanent employment, located at our client's Canberra or Melbourne office. Due to security clearance requirements for these roles, candidates must be Australian citizens with at least a baseline clearance, ideally an NV1 clearance.
ServiceNow Developer / Senior ServiceNow Developer:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:
- Provide software configuration, analyze technical requirements, and develop technical solutions across various areas.
- Design and develop application modules, workflows, and catalog requests to meet client needs.
- Define technical scope and advise clients on ServiceNow implementation strategies.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience with ServiceNow Workflow, Customer Service Management portal, and Integration Hub.
- Experience managing client relationships, conducting workshops, and translating business needs into ServiceNow functionality.
- Expertise in one or more ServiceNow applications: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, or IRM. (Security clearances may be required for some projects.)
It is desirable if you have:
- Exposure or experience with ITSM or CSM.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to contribute to service excellence using Agile methodologies.
- ServiceNow certifications (preferred).
ServiceNow Implementation Lead:
As a ServiceNow Implementation Lead, you should have:
- >3 years' experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Hold ServiceNow System Administrator or similar certification
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITOM, service mapping and discovery, event management, and IT Service Management
- Strong Javascript skills
- Capabilities / Certifications in at least one of the following is desirable: SPM, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub
- Experience designing, deploying and operating ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment
- Lead and develop the skills of a team of engineers
- Understanding of IT infrastructure operations.
ServiceNow Technical Architect:
As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you should have:
- Experience in architecting ServiceNow solutions, in particular solutions leveraging the ServiceNow Common Services Data Model.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure operations and service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience designing solutions hosted on AWS.
- Proficient in Javascript.
- ITIL certification.
- Deep experience designing, deploying and operating ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment.
