- 3+ years experience in a ServiceNow development
- 3+ years experience working in a DevOps delivery team
- Hold ServiceNow System Administrator or similar certification
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
- Capabilities / Certifications in at least one of the following is desirable: ITOM, service mapping and discovery, ITSM, SPM, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub
- Demonstrated expertise in DevOps ways of working, tooling, and processes
- Experience designing, deploying and operating ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment
- Understanding of IT infrastructure operations.
