About the role
Taking the lead of our ServiceNow Operations team, you will provide technical escalation and managerial support to the team members to service our managd services customers the best way possible. You will work directly with customers to oversee service levels, discuss enhancements, and assist on strategy to ensure it is aligned with industry and vendor best practice methodologies.
- Oversee optimal delivery of ServiceNow managed services by all members of the ServiceNow practice
- Make sure we are always delivering the service within agreed SLA’s
- Drive continual improvement and enhancements of our customer’s ServiceNow environments
- Act as a customer business escalation for matters relating to the ServiceNow manage service
- Work with our customers to manage technical backlogs in partnership with our Business Analysts
- Keep team members happy and engaged so that they deliver customer business outcomes and achieve individual, team and AC3 objectives
- Prepare a learning and development plan for your team
- Lifecycle people management including interviewing, hiring and performance management within the Team
- Design & scope solutions as aligned with the ServiceNow Practice
- Work with project teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
Skills & experience
- 2+ years experience leading teams
- 5+ years’ experience in area of expertise with an MSP/Systems Integrator servicing small-to-large clients
- Experience in a customer facing consulting role with strong technical presence and confidence.
- Experience with ServiceNow applications and how they are used to create solutions that solve common business problems/objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and peers across technical and non-technical, written and verbal communications; proven document and report writing skills; well-developed negotiation, time management and planning skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and at least two other modules (ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, etc.)
- ServiceNow certifications highly regarded (CSA, CIS, ITIL, etc.)
