Richmond Valley Council is seeking an experienced Team Leader Wastewater Treatment Operations to join the Service Delivery Team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor Water and Sewer Services, the role in pivotal in overseeing and effectively managing Council’s Wastewater Treatment facilities. Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop and mentor the team to create a successful and high-functioning environment.
Provide timely and accurate technical expertise to your staff and the leadership team.
Ensure consistent compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and standards.
Monitor and report on the performance of Wastewater Treatment facilities.
Manage and maintain equipment and infrastructure associated with Wastewater Treatment facilities.
Contribute to projects providing input into scope, timelines and budgets.
Skills and Qualifications· Certificate IV Water Industry Operations
WHS White Card
C Class Drivers License
Confined space certificate, or ability to obtain
Knowledge and experience in SCADA systems is desirable.

Richmond Valley Council are offering a remuneration package of $74,469 - $85,638 + up to $20,000 Market Allowance + commuter use vehicle (leaseback).
