AddressAs a ServiceNow Architect or Developer specialising in ITOM, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions that enhance the client's IT operations. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, understanding their unique requirements, and transforming them into effective ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration and functionality of ITOM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and develop comprehensive ServiceNow ITOM solutions tailored to the client's needs.
- Implement and customise ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow ITOM with existing systems and third-party applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for design, development, and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect/Developer with a focus on ITOM modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITOM preferred.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, scripting, and configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
