Havilah Inc is situated in Maryborough Central Victoria. We operate over 3 sites, Harkness Street with 110 residential aged care places and 9 independent living units. Havilah on Palmerston Street with 59 residential care places and 44 independent living units.
We are currently seeking applications for a dynamic Services Manager to join the Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to residents via our hotel services. The role is responsible for all operational requirements across catering, cleaning and laundry operations. The successful applicant will have the desire to improve operations further to deliver greater choice and decision-making to residents.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• Relevant professional qualifications or experience in aged care food services and housekeeping.
• Proven leadership skills at a management level managing a diverse team.
• Demonstrated professional experience and skills in catering management including menu management, food handling, meal service and food quality and presentation.
• Proven awareness and application of relevant legislation, standards, accreditation requirements, policies, and procedures, including demonstration of strong understanding of workplace safety and environment responsibilities; and external auditing obligations.
• Evidence of right to work in Australia.
• Have had at least 2 doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccination.
