Services Manager Aviation

We have an exciting upcoming opportunity for a strong, proactive Security leader to join our team as a Services Manager, Aviation!

You will lead, oversee, and cultivate our team's growth, whilst driving client satisfaction and business success.
You will be a passionate, experienced, and driven Services Manager, Aviation showcasing a demonstrable history of successful leadership achievements, delivering strategic results to achieve the highest standard of outcomes and building relationships. No two days will be the same, so we are in search of an individual who embraces challenges with enthusiasm and determination, whilst also having strong contract management experience and holding exceptional time management abilities

• Play a lead role in achieving our mission to be the leading Australian services company that creates value for our customers through a range of innovative and technological services.
• Effectively oversee both internal and client relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fulfilment of organizational requirements.
• Work at an operational level with clients and internal management team.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and their representatives.
• Oversee all aspects of Aviation security activities in accordance with complex instructions and procedures.
• Ensure that correspondence, reports and submissions are accurate and provided within the given timeframes and produced in accordance with contract requirements.
• Promptly and proficiently address client feedback and requests within established time frames.
• Support policy and procedural implementation and continuous improvement to systems and processes.
• Reporting directly to the Head of Operations.

Skills and experience

• Security License (NSW 1A, or willing to obtain).
• 3-5 years Senior Management experience in Aviation Passenger and or Cargo Screening.
• Radiation Safety Officer qualification (Desirable or willing to obtain).
• Completed the Transport Security Protection Qualification (desirable or willing to obtain).
• Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
• Demonstrated experience with complex resource transitions at Airports or Cargo facilities.
• Interpret and Understand Aviation Security and Screening Legislation
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Demonstrated experience in Aviation contract Management.
• Lead and Manage an Aviation Security Team, nationally.
• Ability to travel interstate.
