Play a key role in the home ownership journey!Build upon your administrative, customer service, and/or settlement/conveyancing experience. 2 x permanent, full-time role | Hybrid work environment | Newcastle-based head offices.Purpose of the roleWe currently have exciting opportunities available within our friendly and supportive Newcastle Permanent-aligned Settlements team. In these roles you'll deliver high quality customer service, documentation preparation, settlements securitisation and securities to internal and external customers for business, home, and consumer lending, while also ensuring our documentation and security position is binding and enforceable.What will your key responsibilities include? Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.Ensuring NGM Group is holding the correct security documentation as well as the maintenance of these documents.Timely and accurate completion of simple consent matters. Preparing all documentation in relation to discharges. Following up of registration.Accurately reviewing, checking and storing security packets. Preparing and obtaining authorisation for variation letters to loan agreements. Preparing all documentation in relation to new mortgages. Receiving and checking all security documentation upon receipt from customer. Ensuring NGM Group is holding the correct security documentation before funding / settlement of loans. Registering security documents as required. Assisting in the checking, authorising and issuance of settlement cheques and daily reconciliation of the cheque register. Maintenance and funding of all construction loans during construction phase. Accurately reviewing, checking and storing securitised files. Ensuring bi-annual audits are conducted and documented for all securitised files. Accurately reporting and managing reports for securitised files. Top of FormWhat are we looking for?Knowledge of, or exposure to, conveyancing terms and loan security documentation and procedures in the legal and / or financial industry. Experience working in a high volume and / or consumer documentation environment. Sound knowledge and understanding of business, home and consumer lending principals and criteria. Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail.Well-developed time management and organisational skills.Solid problem-solving capabilities. Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word.
