AddressSettlements Officer
Our Sydney based fintech is looking for a Settlements Officer to join our exciting, rapidly expanding business. As Settlements Officer you will be responsible for timely settlements of new personal loan and car loan applications. We are a truly agile business, with all technology built in house and have the ability to change systems and process at pace to support you.
In this role you will;
- Be responsible for the end-to-end management in settling Salt&Lime personal loans and car loans
- Produce loan documentation for customers ensuring all details are correct, including documentation necessary to settle
- Report issues with documentation/systems or processes to allow a smoother process
- Prepare payments for batch approval to customers
- Make necessary outbound calls to clients to notify them of required steps to settle their loan
- Challenge the status quo and suggest constant process improvement
- Register/remove security interests using the PPSR
About you
- You are an ambitious self-starter, excited about the potential of joining an evolving and rapidly expanding business.
- You have a minimum of 12 months settlements experience
- Experience either unsecured and secured personal loan settlement, with a proven track record of success
- Thrive in change – this is a fast-paced role and applicants must enjoy changing environments and challenges.
