Working as part of a successful team you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Overseeing the asset loan process through to settlement and ensuring all information required for successful completion has been received and verified.
- Sending correspondence through to clients as required
- Adherence to KPI productivity metrics.
- Reviewing and finalizing financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensuring applications are completed correctly and within the allocated timeframes.
- Providing exceptional Customer Service to internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas & posses the below personal qualities:
- Min 2 years experience working as a Settlements Officer within commercial Asset Finance.
- The ability to follow through the settlement process in a controlled environment.
- Proactive, approachable with a can-do attitude with exceptional numerical and verbal skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to improve processes in a time sensitive environment with a focus on numerical accuracy.
