As a Settlements Officer, you will assist in the day-to-day processing of operational transactions for Ticketek.
About the Role
- Preparation and processing of event settlements (accounts payable), rebates and customer refunds
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Promptly deal with all queries, including those concerning external clients.
- Identify ways to streamline processes to maximise efficiency
- Other ad-hoc duties as reasonably required
About You
- Have prior experience in an accounts payable, accounts receivable or other transactional finance role
- Attention to detail
- Have the ability to problem solve and seek out more efficient ways of working
- Have well developed time management skills with the ability to deal with conflicting deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
