Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Settlements Team leader?
We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Settlements Team! As a Settlement Team Leader, you'll guide our team to ensure a top-notch customer experience throughout the settlements process for vehicle customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Settlement Coordinators to consistently achieve and maintain KPIs and Service Level Agreements
- Drive engagement and performance improvement with a focus on compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for escalations/issues and educate stakeholders on Settlements processes
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews
- Provide training, development, and ongoing support to the team
- Lead implementation of projects for process efficiency and enhanced customer experience
Who are you?
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and driven by challenges
- Previous leadership experience in financial services or similar compliant industries
- Strong people leadership and team management skills
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a solution-focused approach
- Proven ability to measure and report performance against KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify complex information
