This Opportunity
As our Sewer Investment Planner at TasWater you will undertake strategic infrastructure planning using calculated frameworks and provide solutions in areas of specialisation to support the business team and organisational objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and conduct work with engineers and other specialists as necessary, with minimal supervision, to ensure accurate and comprehensive outcomes
- Demonstrate awareness of environmental, customer and community impacts, in line with the zero harm philosophy
- Research, analyse and report on problems within area of specialisation, integrating elements to form a coherent and compliant solution.
- Identify strategic initiatives to resolve asset management or asset performance issues
- Reduce residual risk for network assets to a level that is as low as reasonably practical
- Support the development of policies, guidelines and analysis to improve asset investment planning and management, including (but not limited to) the development of spatial tools to communicate growth projections and capacity within our asset classes.

The Details
This is a permanent full-time position that can be based in Hobart, Launceston or Devonport, and offers hybrid working arrangements and flexibility in working hours so you can do the things that matter to you.
The position attracts a total remuneration package of $93,000 - 103,000 per annum (including superannuation).
