We are looking for a Sexual Health Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner to join our team.
The Sexual Health Nurse – Enhanced Syphilis Response Program (ESRP) role’s primary task is to support the implementation of targeted screening of men across the Central Australian regions, including Congress town and remote clinics and selected NTG remote communities dependant on need and current notification data. This is a service delivery position with considerable time spent on clinical activities, both in the clinic and outreach.
These activities include the undertaking of screening, prevention, treatment and monitoring of sexually transmissible infections (STI’s) in the Central Australian region with a particular focus on addressing the current syphilis outbreak.
