We take pride in innovation through designing, constructing, building, maintaining and operating our own crushing and screening plants for Tier 1 mining sites.
About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team in the Pilbara on a 2&1 FIFO roster. The successful candidate will have oversight of maintenance, production, manning and equipment, to ensure they are being utilised efficiently across the crushing and screening operations. The role will require you to manage a team of 10, ensuring production targets are met driven through a safety culture.
About you:

• 5-10 years post trade high volume process maintenance experience
• A trade qualification in mechanical fitting or boiler making / welding
• Demonstrated recent experience managing a multi-faceted maintenance/process team.
• Fault finding and diagnosis experience with process crushing and screening equipment.
• Manages the importance of quality safety interactions, quality inspections and reporting.
• Experience running toolbox and pre-start inspection meetings, promoting hazard identification and risk assessments, and driving a safe working culture.
• Participated in regular daily, weekly & monthly Leadership meetings as required.
• Carried out site inspections on workshop plant and surrounding work areas and act on any items that need rectification.
• Ability to review maintenance notifications for planned works.
• Carrying out Plant, equipment and work front audits.
• Mobile equipment maintenance exposure advantageous
• Hold a valid Drivers Licence
• Hold a valid Working at Heights Ticket (within 2 years)
• Hold a valid Confined Space Entry Ticket (within 2 years)
• Hold a valid Gas Test Atmosphere (within 2 years)

Preferred, although not essential:

• S-26 certificate.
• First Aid or Senior First Aid Certificate
• Elevated Work Platform competency
• Rigging competency
