They supply their products to overseas markets as well as locally. To continue developing in this area and keep delivering great results, they are recruiting for a Team leader to join their site on the day shift in the south east Suburbs of Melbourne.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Supervising a production team of approx. 10 ensuring mentoring and development guidance where necessary
- Ensure lines are running maximum efficiency each day
- Ensure team members have written records, have the appropriate training and that records are regularly checked and maintained
- Accountable for HACCP and GMP for the line
- Drive a safety-first culture and ensure safety is a priority across the site
- Monitor and comply with companies standards and policies on GMP, Hygiene, Repairs
- Ensure KPI's are met across the shift
Your background:
- Prior manufacturing experience, FMCG highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills, with an ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results
- A hands-on leader with a can-do attitude
