Social: Recognition programs and social events to celebrate our team's achievements About The Role We are embarking on an exciting growth phase for the business and as a result we have an opportunity for a Shipping Officer for a FIXED Term period of 12 months supporting the business across all the TTI brands. Working in a hybrid role you will be based at our brand-new offices in Notting Hill and Mt Waverley. Reporting directly to the Shipping Supervisor your day to day will include: Collating commercial invoices and shipping documents for all Finished Goods orders.Liaison with Suppliers, Supply Planners and Freight Forwarders to obtain documents that have not been sent through or are incorrect.Creating Inbounds for all shipments sent to TTI Australia and New Zealand warehouses.Liaison with our DC inbound and inventory team managing inbound variancesApprove stock/supplier invoices for Accounts Payable to processCheck and approve all freight and forwarder invoices.Monitor and collate complaints regarding damaged stock/short shipmentsObtain all Duty Rates on new productsWorking closely with Demand & Supply Planning to problem solve any delay issuesAbout You Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced environment and have previous experience in a shipping, inventory/logistics or import /export role working to tight deadlines.
