Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company's financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, analysis of financial data, and communication of key financial metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support the company's growth objectives and optimize financial performance.
- Drive financial analysis and decision-making processes to support strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or related industry.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights to drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience navigating a global business environment, including familiarity with international accounting standards and regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
Salary Range:
$160,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
