The Role:
Our client is seeking to appoint a Part Time Centre/ Operations Manager to be an integral part of their team. You will be required to manage the centre effectively by way of excellent retailer relations, management of soft services and oversee the day to day functions of the centre.
Day to day:
- Be responsible for building and driving Retailers' & Stakeholder's relationships
- Assess and report the Centre's performance
- Collecting rent, debt collection and arrears management
- Oversee any fit-out work liaising with tenants, contractors and leasing
- Manage the soft services for the centre
- To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Experience working within Shopping Centres
- Opportunity for an Admin Manager or Facilities Manager to STEP UP or an experienced Centre Manager seeking work/ life balance!
- Demonstrated leadership & management skills
- Outstanding communication & administration skills
- Strong financial acumen in understanding ledgers, accruals and journal transfers
- Excellent time management
- Confident and dynamic personality with a proactive approach
