Our brand new Caroma Experience Centre has recently opened its doors, and we are on the hunt for an Experience Centre, Site & Events Manager to join our Sales team. This role will be based in Osborne Park and will require you to work flexibly anytime between Monday – Saturday on a permanent, full-time basis.  

In this role you will be responsible for the overall customer experience as well as sales, specifications and the maintenance and management of the site and team. You will be responsible for coordinating and hosting industry events for merchants, builders, architects, and designers and work closely with our state Sales team to identity growth opportunities in the industry, all whilst being proactive in reaching out to external stakeholders/industry sectors to create new opportunities.

As part of your role, you will manage a team of two and oversee the day-to-day operations of the experience centre which includes, but is not limited to, the servicing of walk-in customers, phone & email enquiries, and remote online consultations, ensuring effective and proactive workflow management of all new and existing opportunities and data base management.

 About you

Along with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role delivering great customer experiences, you:

  • Have proven experience in driving a high performing team.
  • Take pride in your working environment and making sure that experience centres and products are displayed to a high standard.
  • Have an ability to create a high touch and superior experience centre experience.
  • Have strong financial acumen and an ability to read and build reports as well as deliver on sales numbers by creating new business opportunities.
  • Have industry experience within the plumbing/building/construction space is highly desirable, but not essential.
