About the Role:
In response to our expanding business and the growing demand for our products nationwide, we're actively seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Osborne Park showroom as a Full-time Showroom Consultant and Team Leader.
What You'll Do:
As the Team Leader, you'll bring your management expertise to oversee a smaller team, driving and growing the success of our Perth Showroom. Your administrative skills will be pivotal in conducting staff reviews, managing rosters, and ensuring the seamless operation of the showroom.
This isn't just a job - it's an opportunity to lead and immerse yourself in a remarkable workspace where your design acumen takes center stage. As a true brand representative, you'll connect with architects and designers, updating them on our latest offerings. Utilising our CRM system, you'll maintain visit records and update client information, ensuring our relationships are as enduring as the spaces we help create.

If you have a background in kitchen, tile, bathroom, floor, paint, or related showrooms and are ready to take the next step in your career, we invite you to join us in driving the success of our Perth Showroom team. You'll be at the forefront of building design, demonstrating a pure vision, passion, and enthusiasm for creating beautiful contemporary spaces.
Role Details:
- Full-time, 5-day week position with a rotated roster including Saturdays
- A chance to showcase your well-presented track record of success in a similar position
- Contribute to the support and varied responsibilities that drive the success of our Perth Showroom
