Showroom Managers

Nick Scali acquired Plush Sofas at the end of 2021, and now between the two brands we have over 110 showrooms throughout Australia and New Zealand.As a market leader, we pride ourselves on being the experts in luxury furniture design.We are seeking sales-orientated Showroom Managers to lead our high-performing teams.You will be flexible to work across any of our showrooms across the North & South of the river.As the manager, you will drive sales, promote a high-performing and collaborative culture, and ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest of standards.About you:

• Demonstrate a proven track record in selling high value items.
• Be driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated,
• Lead a successful team of Sales Consultants to drive our brand.
• Be available to work every weekend being our most critical and busy days.
• Immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment.
• Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills to be able to drive sales outcomes with every team member.
• Experience managing a Retail Sales team and increasing sales performance.

About the role:

• Maximise sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
• Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
• Leading a team to successfully achieve KPIs on daily & weekly targets
• Training and coaching new and existing staff as well as constantly developing your team.
• Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
