This is the first role of its kind at CDK Stone in our flagship Alexandria showroom. You will add incredible value through:
- Ensuring excellent customer experience by greeting high-end clients, such as architects, interior designers, and home renovators that visit CDK’s brand new, custom designed showroom.
- Assisting our Sales Representatives, and being available to take customers through the showroom when required.
- Keeping track of appointments for the day and week ahead.
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and directing their enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Ordering showroom and warehouse stationery supplies, reconciling sales and credit card receipts, completing bank deposits and completing data entry.
- Hosting clients whilst they are onsite by making them coffee with our dedicated machine, which you will be trained on, so barista experience isn’t necessary
To be successful here, we would love you to bring:
- Experience in concierge, reception, customer service or guest services
