Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen eye for design, with the ability to provide expert advice and build lasting relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for selling bathware on the showroom floor, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service:
- Assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals and trends.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage customer inquiries and orders through phone calls and emails.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the bathware or home improvement industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including 1 day every weekend.
