Louis Valentino Porcellanato is a high end tile retailer. Our Greenacre showroom is home to a small and knowledgeable team of professionals who aim to connect clients with the perfect tiling options for their various projects. 

We are a fast-growing company and require a mature and quick witted professional with a rich knowledge of the tiling industry to join our friendly team. This is a fulltime 8:30am — 3:30pm, Monday to Saturday position

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

·        Showroom floor sales

·        Having knowledge of stock in store/warehouse

·        Having knowledge of availability and delivery times for products 

·        Great customer service 

·        Handling the sales & quotes 

·        General administration duties 

·        Stock ordering, stock take & inventory in MYOB

·        Assisting customers with product information 

·        Liaising with warehouse in respect to requests for dispatch or pick up

·        Answer phone calls with a friendly manner 

·        Reporting to the Sales Manager

·        General administration duties as required

Our ideal candidate:

Minimum of 3 years in the tile industry IS A MUST 

Experienced with MYOB highly desired. 

Friendly and professional approach with the ability to establish and build upon new and existing client relationships 

Current Australian drivers license 

Able to take accountability and resolve customer issues 

Works well under pressure 

Be able to multi task
