Micon is seeking an experienced Office Furnitureshowroom consultant to provide customer sales support on our complete range of products we supply and install .You will be passionate about Office Furniture ,relationship building , highly efficient and organised with the ability to undertake multiple tasks.
. Responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Detail customer service to customers in showroom
- Answering Incoming telephone calls
- Processing of responding to Micon Website orders
- Raising of quotes and orders
- Able to interpret design drawings
- Communication with clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Administration tasks
- Ability to provide above and beyond customer service
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Office Furniture experience

- Exceptional telephone manner
- Strong work ethic and trustworthy
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- The ability to take ownership of a task, report back to management & see it through to completion
- Computer Literate
